...Ready to laugh at how tiny the Tube is. Are Londoners really soo tiny? Could this be the most miniature subway in the whole world? Even the tiny corridors that connect the different lines have been made with only mini-people in mind. I guess, we really were tinier people 100 years ago.
The tiny Tube with Ash and I inside. (Despite being on a plane for way too long, I actually look fresher than he, after his 100 days of working straight.)
After 10,000 train changes, lots of catching up, piling on 20 extra layers of clothes and walking home with my 29kgs of luggage, I arrived at my new house.
Isn't it cute? It's not a mini house like the mini Tube.
When I woke up, and the boys went off to work, so I pulled my unemployed-arse out of bed and decided to go for a run and take heaps of photos of my new, cold, surroundings.
My street.
The street that leads to my street.
The local High Street, downtown Clapham Common.
Then, I hit the mini-Tube and tried to find something mega-sized.
And, I found myself in mega-Top Shop. I nearly fell over, I was excitedly overwhelmed, yet, filled with fear, fear for my bank balance. Nothing mini about Top Shop on Oxford st.
I also bought my brand new friend with me, my amazing Ferragamo wallet (Thank you The Body Shop friends, you don't know how much I love my new friend!)
Ferragamo and I had a nasty battle in Top Shop. She wanted to go crazy and purchase everything, but then Ferragamo realised she was filled with worthless Hong Kong paper money instead of meaty Queens and that settled her down.
Ahha... now, another not so mini thing about London - The Boys.
Meet my new housemates. Big and Buff Leigh, the Big Red Baron and Minty Big GagsUK (ltd.). I cooked them a delicious meal as a sort of initiation ritual, hoping they would let me join their cool big gang. I may not be as hairy as they, but I'm still MINNNNT.
I think the meal worked, as I received the most beautiful Valentine's Day present from Ash. Ash was sooo thoughtful, he even knew that the delicious heart-shaped box of Belgium Chocolates and red long-stemmed roses would match my new top from HK! awwwww.

Lizzy. Did you just feel a punch in the face, but have no idea where it came from? That was my jealousy, I'm sorry but I couldn't control it.
This blog is AMAZING you are hilariously funny and I love it! Everything is just so London. Your little house full of men, awesome :)
Good to see your doing the mt waverley op shop proud. Tell the boys its one of a kind international fashion. Far out, maybe you should do a fashion parade to the topshop moguls, make some cash on the side for your wicked vintage style :)
Seriously, you look amazing in these photos and its good to hear from you
Keep up the good work.
Back to the books

I love the "lots of catching up" bit in your blog... I'm SURE there was a lot of catching up to do. I pity the hairy men sleeping in the room next to yours and Ash he he :P
